| ~General Information~ Name: Watari Dorunezu Nickname/Alias: "Shinigami" ~ God of Death, Angel of Death, Karite no Ryu ~ Reaper of the Dragon. Weight: 131 lbs Height: 6'9" Age: 27 Gender: Male Sexuality: Straight
~Character Information~ Appearance: Spoiler: Clothing: Watari wears a soft yet very durable dark purple, linen neck-shirt with white stripes. The material is very soft and tailored but very strong. On top of that, he wears a strong, black body vest. This vest is similiar to those worn by ANBU and is designed to withstand powerful impacts and bullet-like projectiles. With this equipped, Watari can withstand most bodily harm. The vest is extremely durable and strong but it does not restrict Watari's movements. He wields black gloves, which is mostly fingerless, with small steel rings, probably so Watari can inflict more forceful blows. These black gloves have a mechnism and pockets that allows Watari to store small or flexible material. His wires/strings are usually stored within here and can easily have them come out for combat. Watari wields pure silver wristbands. He wears light, black, leggings with pockets. He has a black, concealed belt that blends in with Watari's leggings and so are hard to see, even if your eyes are an inch away from it. The belt is able to hold many things, such as ninja pouches or small equipment. Attached to the belt is what seems to be brown belt straps, probably to strangle his enemies and silver necklaces. He wears either black, pocket boots or black sandals. In certain operations, he might wear a black "agent-style" suit fitted for an ANBU depending on his mood and current interest and he might, though uncommon, wear a formal Ryugakure Jounin vest or ANBU uniform at certain times depending on his mood. Upon becoming a Missing-Nin, Watari wears a black cloak with a hood that disguises his inner clothing.
Personality: Watari is a patient, calm, and collective individual. He is somewhat loyal to his "employer" but really looks after himself and disobeys his partners and boss from time to time, and he places his own goals before himself. A man of true ambition, Watari always pours his all into whatever he wants to accomplish, working dilligently and hard to get what he wants and meet his goals. He is willing to betray, trick, and manipulate his friends, allies, and village in order to get what he wants, pursuring his dreams to the end, which supports Watari's undeniable determination and will. He is an extremely smart intellectual but he is rather secretive about it and pretends to be a bothersome, senile elderly-like man sometimes. When his village calls for his help, he is an understanding person and places his opinions and methods to ensure a good result. He is not an open person and is a bit mysterious, always aware and on his guard and never letting anyone know more about his past or thoughts other than those he has or can say. Watari uses tactical thinking and strategy planning to accurately think ahead and quickly use tactics during the middle of a battle. He is a very calm and neutral man, rarely panicking and maintaining his composture even when the opponent's violent attack is right in front of his face. This might be due to his intelligence, which keeps him to always hold a strategy in hand. Watari is the kind of person who looks down on people, especially on those who are stronger or more gifted than him. He has internal feelings as an inferior and whenever he ascends higher, he refuses to allow people to remind themselves as the person he once was. Watari is a fearless and a rather strong-willed man, plus he is able to obediently follow instructions from the one he recognizes as his commander. He places his trust on those close to him or those who know him well and can fight for him and be useful. But he really only places his upmost faith and reliability on himself only.
Watari is so involved and drowned by the chaos and luxury of battle that he is nearly sadistic when it comes to almost killing the opponent, specifically one who rivals him in combat. He loves battle no matter how strong his opponent is. Even so, he does realize his weaknesses and knows when to give up. Against cowards and more boring opponents, he has a merciless and cold opposition to them, attempting to kill them without any sign of remorse and is able to kill in cold blood without the slightest hesitation as he is known for keeping only ties with allies. He is able to cut ties anytime he wishes in order to further his own goals. Upon becoming an elite Jounin and ANBU Captain, his arrogant trait has diminished and has a strict, silent killing attitude and is self-motivated in being the most greatest and strongest Jounin ever. He is willingly to take drastic actions and make movements of his own accord to benefit Ryugakure or his own power. He has even thought about running away or betraying them to become a spy, and has even done that as well with a splendid performance. Being more concentrated on his own power and less about the village is also one of the main reasons Watari left it rather than just seeing it better to infiltrate as a spy to look out on threats and to assist from the outside. As such, he has become a true rouge, lone wolf, a solitary soldier, and a calculating warrior. Upon being a top security missing ninja and a runaway he will do everything he can to protect his life from dangers until the point he meets his destined fate or the ultimate enemy. Watari hates aging as he fears that for his body to age, he will become useless, weak, and unable to defend himself or fully live up to his nickname as Ryugakure's "God of Death." Therefore, he searches for the opportunity of immortality or agelessness but would study it first before rushing the trait into him. His ferocity in battle is ferociously massive and he battles on and on. He also smokes on certain occasions. Serene, observant, collective, and a hatred for aging are all traits that describe Watari Dorunezu.
~Clan Information~ Clan Name: Dorunezu Clan Kekei Genkai: None. The Dorunezu clan do not possess any unique bloodline abilities. Instead, however, they do possess traits that are passed down from every member born into the Dorunezu clan. These traits should not be confused with actual kekkei genkai, as they are just general characteristic for every member of the clan. Clan Traits: Spoiler: The Dorunezu clan are known for their immense intelligence and extreme knowledge. They are mentally capable of nearly anything, as their minds have been developed and adapted to be able to handle numerous situations by birth and through experience and training. They're best suited as tacticians, military strategists, and the like because they're extremely good on creating tactics and strategies that would help them win a battle, gain an advantage, overturn the tables in war, combat practice, training, and to accomplish their goals. Some of the members are so clever and crafty that they become tricksters and possess enormous skill in manipulation, deceit, and trickery. Their intelligence and brilliance compliments on their knowledge, as they're able to quickly understand and grasp the basic principles of subjects and jutsu. Learning is something they engage with everyday and they're extremely smart, observant, and analytical that they can figure out some of the general functions and more hidden uses behind techniques quickly, even during the midst of a violent battle. This is because of the astonishing neural network they have, especially the capacity around the brain. Their most notable trait is their massive and instantenous processing speed. Using their senses, the mind is able to process and comprehend the things they sense and the world around them at superhigh rates instantly when it happens, allowing them to use their in-depth knowledge to dive more deeper into their understanding and think up of a plan and act on it at the same instant speed. This gives birth to powerful wits and a great, refined mind. Their minds are well suited for adaption and military combat situations designed for the most greatest strategists and masterminds, being able to take in, understand, and think up and perform a tactic all within a second. This mental trait can allow Dorunezu to escape and bypass sudden tricks and ambushes fairly easily, even at close range. With their deeper understanding, they usually have a complete and more advanced deduction of low-level jutsu. As their mental traits are their most dominate characteristic, their processing speed and instantenous thinking might also, though it is uncommon, augment physical capabilities realted to the neural network such as speed, agility, and reflexes to high levels. However, Dorunezu who don't have this benefit can attain it just through training in speed, agility, and dexterity. If a Dorunezu does attain the benefit, then through training, they can move at very high speeds and make sudden turns while using their mind and reflexes to maintain control and awareness. Few Dorunezu can also have high natural increases in dexterity, hand speed, and recovery rate, but that is rare. The weakness to their trait is that they are likely to fall prey to sudden double-tricks by opponents as smart and more powerful or smarter than them because of the fast reactions and wits, and the risk, if it be called that, is that they're most likely to turn into criminal masterminds or a target for other nations.
Clan Symbol: N/A Clan History: The Dorunezu clan were founded by some of the most legendary masterminds, thieves, and combat tacticians ever known in the Land of Water. About four centuries ago, a group consisted of the world's most intelligent and scientific beings came together to survive a plague that killed off about a third of the world. The head and founder of this group was a man named Zanshin Dorunezu, an extremely brilliant man in the field of tactics and accuracy. Together, they hoped to develop a cure and find resources and defenses to make more while making barricades to prevent the plauge from entering their facility. However, they were abruptly stopped when the plague started to manifest in new ways. Mutation. Those who were recently infected were transformed into mutated, deformed beings, craving for nutrition. Anticipating that one of them will be infected in two days, they quickly packed up, took whatever supplies were needed, and immediately escaped through a tunnel, leaving behind most of their cure prototypes. They inhabited a large cave near a small village. Figuring out that they would not have enough time nor enough people to create enough antidotes, they decided to turn to people that will. Offspring. Some of the group members mated and twelve children were produced. For the first five years of their life, the adults and children became a family. Of course, these children were not your typical baby. At an early age, they were able to unravel technological mysteries, solve puzzles usually designed for teens, and were able to understand complex mathematical problems. Their intelligence surpassed any other baby. They grew up at the village they were born near, in which Zanshin's group had built fortifications to block the spread of the plague and make them invisible. But this could only last for six years. Passing down the name of the Dorunezu, from which these children were named after the head of the original group and because the most intelligent child is the son of Zanshin, to these children, all of them were sent asea to the most successful village in the Land of Water. The children each received prototype cures and the mission to heal the population now depended on them. The son, only known as Nikun Dorunezu, and his brothers and sisters grew up in the village they were sent to. Nothing was heard from or about Zanshin or his group, but it is possible that they either helped the village and fought, the outcome being they lost and died/mutated, won but were lost and died due to injuries, or survived but died due to injuries. Or they could have escaped and fled, the destination being unknown. Fifteen years later, the children now became known as the Dorunezu family. They teamed up with courageous and strong armies as well as some junior scientists. Over the years, the Dorunezu family has evolved from scientists and military tacticians to warriors and shinobi. Upon the New Age, they have resorted to becoming scientists and masterminds.

Advanced: Super Speed- Watari's Dorunezu traits and extreme training has enabled him to reach the peak of superhuman speed. He posseses tremendous raw speed and can move at intense rates so fast that even a three tomae Sharingan wielded by someone of B-rank or lower could barely follow. His agility, reflexes, and reaction timing are also at the same level as his speed. Watari is 50% faster than the usual ninja of his rank and is near the level of the Fourth Hokage's.
Advanced: Exceptional Skill in Wire battle Weaponry- Watari is extremely skilled and proficient in the wire weaponry battle arts that he is the most greatest and gifted master of the skill.
Minor: High Intelligence - Due to his battle experience and Dorunezu heritage, Watari is extremely smart and is able to assess the situation, adapt to it, and select a battle tactic to counter it or formulate his own strategy to make it work for him. He is able to observe, analyze, reason, and deduce.
Minor: High Chakra Control- his chakra control allows him to manipulate chakra easily and use the minimum possible requirement of chakra for each technique
Flaws:
Advanced: Afraid of Aging - Will take whatever desperate risks to prevent aging to weaken his body. The very threat of aging can cause Watari to flee the area or stop in his tracks.
Advanced: Lower than average skin durability - Watari's skin is weaker than that of the average human and so will be more vulnerable and easily piercable by enemy attacks. (A solid punch to a specific point will most likely overwhelm Watari and easily induce internal bleeding).
Minor: Rage Issues against those who look down upon him.
Minor: Watari is arrogant when he is gaining the upper hand in the battle and when he's still winning but is taking heavy damage or risks, he will usually lower his guard and desperately finish the enemy off.
~History/RP Sample~ History/Background Story:
Watari Dorunezu was born within Ryugakure during a world war. He entered the Ninja Academy at the age of 6. There, he excelled at ninja tools and the use of weaponry. He quickly learned how to manipulate his chakra and also excelled at Ninjutsu. Because of his clan's intellectual mind and instincts, he was able to graduate top of his class with outstanding marks at the age of 9. He soon became a Genin at the same age of nine and was placed into a Genin cell with a Jounin leader. Watari's Jounin sensei was a master at the wire weaponry battle arts. It is basically a skill that utilizes specially-modified, strong wires for combat. Watari grew extremely interested in this art and asked his sensei to teach him the skill, though he had to complete a series of difficult tasks to be able to do so. Watari got a hold of a combat-specialized roll of thin, translucent wires as strong and tough as steel. With this, he was taught the unique battle arts. Watari was stuck at the basics as his skill with the wire was just too amateur, as although it's powerful, he simply can only use it for a short period of time. But one day, Watari's sensei taught him how to utilize his chakra and stream it to the wires, allowing them to perform much more efficiently. By the age of 12, Watari was highly skilled and dangerous in his wire weaponry. Also, at the age of ten, Watari discovered his first element: The Wind element. He learned Fuuton ninjutsu and also endured rough Taijutsu training; just simple yet rigorous physical excercises that allowed him to quickly and significantly train and boost his speed and agility. He entered the Chunin Exams and was promoted to Chunin at the age of 12.
By the age of 14, Watari's wire weaponry skills rivaled that of his master who taught him the skill. He thought of this an excellent accomplishment as he discovered a few creative methods of his own to improve and use his wires. But by this time, war broke out, and the village were at the battlefield. He spent most of his time in the battlefield, yelling out sadistically and enjoying the pleasurable rush of battle. He finally experienced war and found it as both a hell and a heaven. Watari's combat-loving personality was developed during this time. In battle, his combat prowess and his wire weaponry battle proficiency improved tremendously. He made such huge increases through great leaps and bounds that he earned the fearsome nickname as the Ryugakure's "Shinigami". He was truly feared during wartime, which is evident to his abilities. At age 15, Watari found his wires being a little "outdated". He is equivalent to his former Jounin teacher in the particular skill but he lacked style. He needed something bigger. It did not matter if it was older or newer than the wires that he had. He went on a journey, something that can be classified as a mission at the S-rank level, to the Cave of the Forbidden Corpses within the Land of Volcanoes and arrived at the abandoned place where so many have been slain and fallen. An old woman came up to him and adviced him to stop and turn back, but Watari just sliced her in half and killed her. He found a little girl, around five years old, peeking out from a rock and witnessed the woman being killed. Watari reasoned it was her granddaughter but he didn't care either way. As he traveled in the cave, he realized that the journey was extremely dangerous. He had to ward off ghouls and spirits in the dark, destroyed reanimated, stone soldiers, fought monsters of the deep, and had to go through several treacherous obstacles in order to find the prized jewel. There, sitting on a throne-like chair with a skull on top and a scythe under it, was a glove contained within a glass box. Watari touched the box and the words "To those who shall lift this unholy object from this container..... be it they shall suffer eternal corruptness as they slain and be slain, with this Hand of Shinigami" inscribed upon it. Watari could already feel the evil, powerful aura emanating from it. It almost seemed as if it was alive, and it seemed as if it were cursed. But this was no doubt a supernatural item, and this glove was power. he lifted the box open and picked up the glove. They were labeled the "Hands of the Death God." Watari smiled as he put them on. They were light and he could already feel the power in them surging through him. He lifted his finger and a string of wire quickly shot out and whipped the air, slicing a solid piece of rock in the process with no resistance. The Dorunezu smiled evily as he realized the power he has within his hands. The God of Death has just found the weapon fit only for him.
Watari mastered the Hand of Shinigami fairly quickly and effectively. By the age of 17, he fully mastered its use and abilities and had a wide range of versality for combat in his hands. At the age of 16, he was promoted to Jounin. During the war, he easily and quickly killed his enemies, the body count stacking up rapidly. He was known worldwide as the "Shinigami" and was very feared for it. The war ended when Watari reached age 17, and he had killed a grand total of 353 shinobi. He was worried it would end so soon that he would still have fun, but lately, the war was slowly becoming boring little by little. He resigned himself from war and a more mature, merciless, and calmer personality reached into Watari. He discovered his second element: the Raiton element. His speed, agility, and reflexes increased immensely during the war as he could quickly outrun and dodge fast-moving projectiles even at close-range and had exceptional balance. WAtari was very skilled and masterful in several of the ninja arts. Being a Jounin, Watari quickly surpassed his master in wire weaponry and was the most greatest and top wire weaponry battle arts user. His mastery over it as well as the Hand of Shinigami enabled him to hold a great advantage on the battlefield and it earned him a few more nicknames. At age 18, Watari was enlisted to be a member of Ryugakure's special operation forces, namely the village "ANBU." Being in Ryugakure's ANBU, he excelled at tactics and assassination, being frequently assigned on risky missions to take care of missing-nin and extremely potent threats. As such, he engaged in a couple of artifical physical enhancements in which his senses were increased to great levels and he obtained immense chakra control, at the cost of a little weakening of his skin endurance. In doing so, he became a true assassin and a hunter. Being entrusted with top-secret documents, information, and the like, Watari frequently hired himself out as a mercenary for other nations. He was known as the "Weaponsmaster". He faced many famous shinobi and one particular legendary ninja that earned him the title as "Angel of Death" and "Reaper of the Dragon." At age 20, Watari was promoted to ANBU Captain and led an elite team of ANBU Black Ops for his great progression and unnatural talent. However, Watari also had to face a couple of shinobi from his own village at certain occasions as a professional soldier for hire and he had no choice but to kill them. Knowing that if he kept this up he would most likely be tried and executed, he left ANBU at age 21. Watari continued his ninja life as one of the top class shinobi and trained in Fuuinjutsu, Taijutsu, and more of Ninjutsu, especially elemental Ninjutsu. He finally obtained the perfect, athletic body for him and studied some forms of chemistry and bionanology. Watari also learned some Kinjutsu and was educated in his village's history, as well as some of Ryu's darkest secrets. Watari learned some Puppetry skill but incorporates it into his wires through chakra as he does not use actual puppets. With his excellent tactical mind and his Dorunezu reactions, he was able to push the Hand of Shinigami's capabilities and his profiency with it to greater levels and expanded the usage of the wire weaponry arts. Watari led journeys in which he was to find legendary, rare, or long-lost weapons of high value. As he collected such weapons, the Kazekage of the village had died of diesease. Afraid that it was a murder, the village panicked. Watari knew he had to return to Ryu as his presence is needed. A Kage election was held and one of the former Sannin was chosen; the most greatest of the Sannin of course. But lately, Watari saw threats beyond Ryu's comprehension and decided to degrade himself in ninja rank by betraying his village and protect Ryu from these threats. However, as he thought about this, he realized how useless he would become just by staying and defending Ryu and that life as a ninja in Ryugakure was becoming boring. In an effort to gain greater power and search the world, unrestrained, Watari killed a number of Jounin and defeated the chosen Sannin who stood out among all in Ryu and was elected to be Kage, who died the next day and stopped the kage selection process. Now a Missing-Nin, Watari has refined his skills and knows all about speed, from becoming blurs, breaking sound barriers, and creating afterimages. He wishes to become the most legendary in the world with the greatest weapon: The Hand of Shinigami.

Name: Pressure Damage Rank: B Description: Fuuton • Atsugai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. A powerful wind technique, Watari releases a large wind blast. This tornado-like mass is compressed until it has a very high density and is then released. The wind pressure is raised to its highest limit, and once the technique hits the target, the resulting blast sweeps everyone off their feet. If the technique is used by someone who has mastered wind nature transformation, the blast can hit a vast range, inflicting massive damage on both the target and their surroundings.
Name: Vacuum Sphere Rank: C Description: Fuuton • Shinkuu Gyoku is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The user takes a deep breath and then exhales numerous small blasts of wind chakra in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function.

After forming the needed hand seals, Watari will inhale air and compress the entirety of wind chakra into a single, large, crushing sphere and emit a large concussive wind bullet from his mouth.
Name: Vacuum Wave Rank: C Description: Fuuton • Shinkuuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Watari will inhale air and then rotate his body while expelling arcs of cutting wind. These arcs will be capable of cutting through an airborne opponent.
Name: Vacuum Successive Waves Rank: A Description: Fuuton • Shinkuu Renpa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. Watari will emit multiple cutting blades of Wind towards his target, which is capable of slicing through steel and flesh with no trouble.
Name: Gale Wind Palm Rank: C Description: Fuuton • Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. After forming the needed hand seals, Watari will send a strong gust of wind towards his target. When acting in conjunction with another thrown weapon, the wind can increase its power and deadliness.
Name: Wind Cutter Technique Rank: B Description: Fuuton • Kazekiri no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. To utilize this technique, Watari will form the needed hand seal. A large slicing wind will then be created which can cut through his opponent. This can be used to immobilize large summons.
Name: Wind Blade Rank: A Description: Kaze no Yaiba is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari. This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an invisible sword that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind and making a slicing sound. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this jutsu is an uncatchable, unavoidable longsword. It leaves very deep slashes on the enemy. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces. Unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.
Name: Great Breakthrough Rank: C Description: Fuuton • Daitoppa is a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Wind Element. After bringing his hand to his mouth, Watari will blow a large blast of wind capable of leveling almost anything in its way. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.
Name: Wind Needles Rank: C Description: Fuhari is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Watari Dorunezu. Fuhari is a Fuuton technique created by Watari out of respect for his sensei who specialized in wire combat. By focusing chakra around his fingers or the entirety of his hand, Watari can emit long, sharp wire-like needles of wind chakra from his hand. These wind needles are very long and are sharp enough to cut through rock and human flesh with no trouble. By moving his hand, he is able to change the direction and manipulate the attack path of the attached needles, allowing him to ward off projectiles and the enemy. The wire-like needles are usually straight and hardened, but by closing his hand into that of a claw, he can make the needles flexible at any time he wants. In doing so, the needles can serve more useful purposes. The needles are able to float and sustain themselves in mid-air as long as they're attached to Watari's hand, which allows them to change the direction of their attack suddenly by Watari's hand movements. There is a way to enhance this technique. By channeling this technique to actual wire/string, the wind chakra will flow through them and also extend to its length if it was all by itself as Fuhari, making the "needles" much longer. With the wind needles enhancing the wire and both objects fused together to retain each other's properties, Watari can easily control the wires and manipulate it. The wires will be able to cut through steel and concrete with much ease, and their speed is also increased. Watari controls the wires as extensions of his own body due to their length and area. The weakness to this technique is that it can be severed by a well-placed, precise attack due the wire.
Name: Beast Wave: Palm Rank: C Description: Juha: Shou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sora. Using his Wind nature, Sora will create a blades of wind which he can launch towards his opponent. Sora can control the path of the blades and because they are made of Wind chakra, they can easily cut through Kage Bunshin. He is also able to use the technique in a rapid-fire, succesive motion.
name: Beast Wave: Gale Wind Palm Rank: B Description: Juha: Reppushou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sora. Using his Wind nature, Sora will create a powerful burst of charka in shape of a claw from his right hand which can strike out against his enemy. Should the claw lose cohesiveness, the Wind chakra will explode in a concussive blast. It used chakra to infused with and condense a mass amount of wind to form a massive demonic-like claw extending from the user's dominant hand to strike and grab a target, as well as deflect any weapon or attack. In addition to making it a deadly short to mid-range weapon, the extending claw also carries tremendous force that can devastate anything in its path without affecting the user, making it useful for dislodging solid and heavy objects
Name: Wind Release Flow Rank: D-S Description: This technique is an example of chakra flow, in which the user channels wind chakra to an object, such as a sharp weapon or projectile, and increase it's attack speed and cutting power depending on the amount of chakra used. It can be channeled through direct contact or just by blowing the chakra onto the object in which the chakra might take form of a scimitar for additional attack range. Standardly, it can penetrate flesh with ease.
Watari can channel this throughout his wires to increase their motion speed and cutting power, making them more lethal than before. The wires may produce sonic sounds as it slashes through the air and are capable of maneuvering in mid-air and generating large force.
Raiton:
Name: False Darkness Rank: B Description: Raiton • Gian is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. Watari will release a strong bolt of electricity from its mouth. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. Watari can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies. This makes it nearly impossible to evade. The power of the technique is altered by the amount of chakra infused into it, so this attack can be increased to S-rank level and rival other S-rank Raiton techniques.
Name: Lightning Stream Flow Rank: C-A Description: Raiton: Raikawa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. This basic technique makes up the foundation of the Raiton element, which focuses on changing chakra to high frequency waves to create electrical power with piercing and numbing effects. The user is able to channel their lightning chakra into an object, increasing its vibrating frequency and giving it more cutting power than standard wind techniques. This would amplify the weapon's cutting power and attack speed in order to penetrate through objects. This is very efficient with metallic objects as it amplifies their lethality and is also more greater than the standard cutting power of wind chakra. When it is used on a blade, the technique is referred to as "Raiken" which increases the cutting power to high levels (depending on the amount of chakra given)to the point that they can cut through nearly anything and gives it paralyzation effects. When Watari surges A-rank Raiton chakra throughout his wires, they will be able to slash through almost anything, including some of the most hardest and toughest materials. If a high enough Raiton master with the ability to utilize electrical currents is able to master this technique, they can then focus Raiton chakra to partial limbs (hands, feet, head,) to increase its smashing power and the amount of force it exerts. However, that only lasts for a total of six posts and it stuns some of the nerves for four additional posts.
Name: Four Pillar Binding Rank: B-A Description: Raiton • Shichuu Shibari is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. To utilize this technique, the ANBU member will form the needed hand seal. Four large earthen pillars will rise to surround the target. Lightning will then be unleashed to stun the target, paralyzing them and delivering moderate nerve damage. The member can also create a more stronger version in which sixteen pillars rise and shock the target (A level).
Name: Lightning Element Shadow Clone Rank: B Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.
Name: Thunder Sphere Rank: A Description: Raiton: Hikereki Kyuu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. First, Watari denses a huge amount of chakra into his throat and charges it to Raiton. Secondly, Watari spews out the Raiton chakra into a shape of a small ball. Then, Watari smashes his hands to the ball and holds it in one hand, where it'll continue to grow until it becomes a massive sphere of destruction! Although Watari can blow on this in order to unleash a powerful, direct attack- he can also throw this ball where it'll travel at a fast rate like a rolling boulder and can crush nearly anything in its path and inflict tremendous damage to an opponent. If Watari can run with this and throw it at an opponent, he can blow off several limbs. Although the sphere will immediately pacify into sparks if it's directly used to hit an opponent with his hands.
Name: Lightning Release: Lightning Element Wall Rank: B Description: Raiton: Raikouheki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. By forming Tiger, Monkey, Rabbit handseals, Egress will convert chakra in his gullet to Raiton. Sparks of lightning will sparkle from Egress's mouth and teeth and it'll extend around his sites to make a hemi-sphere surrounding his front side. Once Egress blows on the lightning, it'll purely condensed into a large streaming wall of lightning shaping into a half spherical barrier with the highest density as a circle in the center. It's capable of defending and crushing most Doton techniques but is most weakest against Fuuton techniques. It's also a confident defense against Katon and Suiton techniques of similiar level.
Name: Lightning Release: Thunder Wave Rank: C Range: Close-Mid Type: Ninjutsu Element: Lightning Requirements: Handseals Description: Raiton: Ikazuchi Rappa is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. After forming the Ox handseal, Egress wil expel a fast stream of lightning at his enemy. This technique does not pierce through one's flesh but sends sparks shocking all over their skin, vibrating them. When this stream hits an opponent, they'll be entirely shocked by the electricity and repelled and their movements would be rendered ( 2 posts). As their paralyzation timer ends, they'll still had a recoil effect on their body that makes them all static and difficult for them to perform and aim jutsu for few minutes.
Name: Static Shock Rank: D Description: Raiton: Seiteki Shingai is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. In order to do perform this jutsu, the user must place or touch a metal object on another object. By running Raiton chakra to the enemy's body through the metal stimulus, it sends several jolts to their body that disrupts their concentration and thoughts. Of course, the technique only lasts for three posts.
Name: Charge Rank: C-A Description: Raiton: Denka is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning element. The jutsu has two uses. One is to increase the nerves and muscle function within specific parts of the body, such as the hands/arms or legs/feet. Doing so will allow them to move those limbs much more faster. As such, it allows Watari to move faster and have a greater dexterity and attack speed. In addition to being faster, Watari has access to an offensive purpose. By charging Raiton chakra within a point of the body, when Watari launches that point near its target, a ball or blast of lightning chakra will expel from that point of the body and travel towards the target at high speed to stop them in their tracks and paralyze them (C-rank level) and/or penetrate them (B-rank level or higher).

Name: Murderous Grasp Rank: C Description: Ninpou: Ayametori is a Ninjutsu technique used by Watari. This jutsu uses a string strengthened with chakra to make a thread capable of constricting a target and cutting through steel with little difficulty. Watari uses wire to form complex string figure designs with his hands. The wire itself is said to be stronger than steel. The figure Watari creates can then be launched from the string as a powerful cutting attack.
Name: Mesh Cage Rank: B Description: Ninpou: Kagonome is a Ninjutsu technique used by Watari. Watari uses wire which is said to be stronger than steel. Watari can manipulate his string into a powerful, protective, interlocking dome for protection. This dome can repel basic Taijutsu attacks and simple physical attacks. Monju can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease, and then direct it for offense.
Name: String Reeling Technique Rank: D Description: Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. It can also be used to manipulate weapons. With this, the user can pull objects, lift them, move them, or push them.
Variations of this technique include the Manipulating Windmill Triple Blades and the Manipulated Shuriken Technique, where the strings are used to manipulate attacking objects.
Name: Summoning Technique Rank: C Description: A powerful jutsu, Ninpo Kuchiyose allows a ninja to summon animals and objects to fight on their behalf. The ninja normally signs a blood contract with the animal species, which allows them to summon different size and skill levels of creature.
Name: Shadow Clone Technique Rank: B Description: Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added.
Name: Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique Rank: A Description: Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that uses Kage Bunshin to create multiple physical clone copies from one thrown projectile. The user can multiply the thrown projectile and its properties to hundreds of copies. Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on the object, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible.
name: Lightning Blade Creation Rank: B Description: Kuchiyose • Raikou Kenka is a Ninjutsu summoning technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal ninja tools like swords or kunai into a scroll or their clothes beforehand, allowing them to be called upon when needed. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks" which can be drawn anywhere. The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in its fully extended form beforehand.
Furthermore, because the summonable ninja tools can remain hidden until right before they are used, if this technique is mastered, there are an exceptional number of possible tactics. A large number of ninja tools can be stored within the sealing marks, which can make the efficiency of this technique last longer. The ninja tools can be sealed within small, marked tags which are implanted within the wrists of the user and can be used for battle.
Name: Manipulated Shuriken Technique Rank: D Description: Soushuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Watari .With this technique a translucent string or a microfilament wire, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a timelag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite. Also works on other ninja tools.
Name: Manipulating Attack Blades Rank: C Description: This technique allows the user to hover multiple kunai in the air with their chakra, and direct them to an opponent. Using this technique, the user can unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each one was thrown individually.
Chiyo performs a variation of the technique by using the strings generated for the Puppet Technique to control discarded puppet weapons for herself.
Name: Restriction Arms Rank: C-B Description: Kousoku Hoko is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. Using his strengthened wires, Watari can make little, simple hand movements and direct his wires to immediately and quickly wrap around a target or part of a target and tightly grip on to them, immediately halting their movements and binding them in place without damaging them. The technique is developed to restrict an opponent and completely remove their ability to move. At C-rank level, it can bind from one limb up to the arms, legs, the chest/torso, and part of the neck. At B-rank level, it can bind an opponent entirely from all body parts including arms, legs, torso/chest, neck, and the head tightly that they cannot move at all.
Name: Slice of Death Rank: C Description: Shikyokire is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. Watari will use his razor sharp wires and move it to cut through an opponent. This is simply a method or "direction" of attack, as the wires itself is already capable of slicing through steel and concrete with ease and so cutting through flesh and skin would prove no trouble. Watari can send his wires flying at high speed. He usually uses this technique after binding a person in place, and it allows him to slice off one limb, usually the one that is being binded. He can also just attack without binding.
Name: Slice of Death: Part 2 Rank: B Description: Shikyokire: Nibu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. Watari will use his razor sharp wires to cut through an opponent. A more potent version of the original method, Watari will move his wires in a flowing or spinning fashion and then thrust it forward with great force, making the wires stay at minimum visibility and it will head towards the target(s) at high speed. Once it does so, the wires can slice off the body parts it is nearest to or cut the opponent to multiple parts. This is a dangerous technique as it so fast and is powerful to incapicitate, if not kill an opponent in just one strike. This requires great precision. Watari can increase the efficiency of this technique by first binding a target and then pulling back his wires, allowing him to slice off several body parts and most likely kill the enemy.
Name: Slice of Death: Part 3 Rank: A Description: Shikyokire: Sanbu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. Watari will flick his wires near the opponent and it will surround them in circular rings. Quickly after that, Watari will tighten his grip on his wires and pull them back, allowing the wires to sever every single limb of the opponent and slice them apart into several pieces. A pool of blood will be created and the enemy will be killed quickly and painfully. Body parts will be cutted off and internal organs that have not been sliced apart will be sent flying away. This technique requires immense precision and timing as well as Watari has to put some actual effort in his attack.
Name: Slice of Death: Final Part Rank: S Description: Shikyokire: Saigobu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. Considered to be at the "forbidden class" by Watari himself, this is an extremely dangerous and powerful technique involving the total eradication of enemies. Watari will flow his wires around the target's body directly and he will then tighten his grip on the wires by biting on it and the wires will then wrap around the targets tightly. Instead of pulling his wires back although he can also do it with the same effect, WAtari will violently pull his hands away from each other horizontally, immediately causing the wires to rip the victims into shreds and causing guts and leftover organs to fly away. A pool of blood will be created as everything dies. The strongest victim will be ripped apart in half.
Name: Subjugate Rank: C Description: Nottori is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. With his wires spread out and arranged into the shape of a protective dome surrounding Watari, Watari can instantly arrange patterns within the wire dome to block physical attacks. Depending on the wire's durability, Ninjutsu attacks such as elemental ones can be blocked and/or repelled. This is mostly effective against fast-moving projectiles of any size. WAtari can instantly form mesh shields within the dome to halt and stop attacks such as bullets at high speed. He can also already have the dome set and bonded in a way so when a projectile does make contact with it, part of the wire dome will form into the appropriate defense shape to stop the attack. Watari can then release the attack and let it fall off or Watari can use it and retaliate it against the opponent. For a more versatile defensive method, Watari can let his wires flow in front of him as a wall or frontal barrier, allowing him to block and repel projectiles right in front of him at close range until there is none left to defend against. The ricocheting attacks can also hurt the attacker.
name: Grip Rank: C Description: Nigiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by WAtari Dorunezu. Using his wires, he is able to stimulate the highest grip, strength, durability, and toughness of his wires. Especially useful when flowing with chakra to increase resistance to tension, Watari can use this technique to stop a high fall and suspend himself in mid-air. In short, he can rappel or grapple onto things in order to prevent him from falling or while falling and maintain his balance and position within the air. The wires are highly durable, as they can grip around objects as tightly and for as long as possible to suspend Watari. He can also form patterns of his wires to increase "grip" and suspend himself. Other than stopping descends, he can also use this to help him ascend and can also use it to hold on to objects.
Name: Angel Flight Technique Rank: B Description: Tenshi Chikuden no Jutsu is a unique Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. This technique grants the user the ability to fly and manuever themselves in mid-air by constantly emitting chakra waves down towards the surface through their feet to lift and propel themselves. They can fly really high in the air so long as they have enough chakra and have proper chakra control. While in flight, they are able to maintain complete balance. He is able to transfer this technique to other individuals through physical contact with the person for an unspecified amount of time.
Name: World of Death Rank: - Description: This method is a simple technique where Watari expands the degree and length of his wires to its highest versality. he will spread them out in an extremely wide, globe-like dome enveloping the battlefield between he and his opponent. The dome will be immensely huge as it can even tower multiple high buildings and the wires will be floating around nearly everywhere, or at least, just enough so that several of them can move in to defend and attack. With this, Watari has full access to his wire abilities and has an advantage over the terrain. He can shrink or expand the dome as pleased and can change its structure to an entire, wire-covered dome or an open dome with numerous wires within it.
Name: Glister Dragon Projectile Rank: B Description: This technique involves expert skill in which Watari arranges and combines his wires together to form the shape and form of a large, long, dragon. The structure of the dragon-like shape is gigantic and very long; just enough to be used for long-range combat. The wires will be compressed to increase its density and thus the form will rely on brute, direct attacks for crushing and smashing damage. Retaining the wire's sharpness, it can easily bash through reinforced concrete and solid steel. The density of the wires will make the dragon visible as reflected upon light, making the dragon shine brightly as if covered in light or crystals. The direction and speed of the dragon can be altered by will and it's easy to manipulate. Part of or the entire structure can be re-arranged as Watari pleases for other techniques or other purposes.
Name: Single Death Rank: B Description: Ikkoshikyo is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari. Using his wires, he will combine the majority of them together for increased density, durability, and attack range. he will then use chakra to make them extremely thin that they can barely be seen by the naked eye and refine its thin cutting edge to give the singular wire extreme sharpness. Watari will use this piece of long wire to slash and cut an object in two, violently splitting it apart. This method of attack allows the wire to cut through mostly anything. Efficient for giving a bloody death to a gigantic and powerful being.
Name: Cybotic Armor Rank: A Description: Saibogu no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Watari. A more compressed version of the World of Death, after closely surrounding himself in a rather dense armor-shaped defense composed of his wires, Watari can quickly protect himself from any attack. Numerous wires will be suspended within a few inches of his body, allowing Watari to use defensive techniques to block projectiles and to manuever himself near objects to dodge attacks he cannot block. This armor, usually invisible, will grant Watari something similiar to an Ultimate Defense due to its near positioning to him and the quickness they can be executed and act. He can reform the armor as pleased and can also use it to attack the enemy should he get close enough. This essentially enables him to counter accordingly and keep his guard up at all times to avoid harm.
Name: Dance of the Shinigami Rank: A Description: This techniques involves great profiency and control over monomolecular wires as well as immense acrobatic prowess. Watari will jump into the air and rapidly spin and rotate multiple times at high speed while keeping balance and coordination. While spinning, he will release his wires with large force that it will resemble discs of light expanding from the user to attack the opponent. The numerous wires attacking at high speed will overwhem the enemy within range and immedaitely slice their body into pieces. Once completed, Watari will feel some stress upon his shoulders. Useful in taking out multiple enemies or a small army.
Fuuinjutsu
Name: The Deed and The Will Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: Ki no Mune is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by Watari Dorunezu. He devised this technique to destroy and seal away any kind of seal implanted or utilized on a person/object except a powerful seal that would seal a Bijuu. Tiny kanji signs stating "Bind, Loose, Turn, Unbind, and Destroy" will appear on the palm of his hand. When Watari touches the object holding the seal, or at least is holding something that is physically connecting with the object so he can transfer it, it will rapidly cause many seal reactions that the seals that the object is using or holds will "unseal" itself and then be destroyed. As such, any seal that either supports the item or restricts it will be unlocked and eradicated. This can also work in vice versa in that when an active seal is being used to harm or limit the person's actions can be sealed or be destroyed. Seals, unseals, and destroys almost all seals placed upon something. When used by a skilled Fuuinjutsu user, this can also be used to counter and destroy any Fuuinjutsu technique used against them.
Name: Elemental Sealing Method Rank: B Type: Fuuinjutsu Description: Youso Houin is a Fuuinjutsu technique utilized by weapon masters and Fuuinjutsu users.This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to store objects within another object, most commonly a scroll, and then summon an assortment of them to use. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. As such, it is very versatile and allows ninja to store a large amount of weaponry within a single scroll or summon tag. Weapons are the most commonly sealed objects, with puppet jutsu also using this by having these hidden inside various compartments as a means of increasing their own killing potential as well as hiding useful weapons from the opponent's sight.
Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened. In the manga, this is done with the Water Prison Technique can be stored in a scroll. Since this technique did not require the chakra or the will of the one holding it, and since the one who made it was dead, it was used effectively as a trap, immobilizing anyone that tries to read the scroll's contents.
Name: Five Elements Seal Rank: A Description: This jutsu produces a powerful seal that is used to block or disturb the flow of chakra in a target. Once the seal is completed, the target will become unconscious and unable to fight for a short time. Orochimaru performed this jutsu to tamper with the seal on the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox. The original seal allowed the Nine-Tails' chakra to seep out into Naruto Uzumaki, but the additional seal disturbs this, preventing Naruto from using the Nine-Tails' chakra or even controlling his own chakra properly. This is because an odd-numbered seal creates an imbalance when placed on top of an even-numbered seal.
Barrier Ninjutsu
Name: Barrier: Dome Method Formation Rank: B Description: This technique creates a spherical detection barrier with the user at the center. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the room. The user is able to detect anyone who moves inside the barrier space with their own "sense".
Name: Barrier: Sensing System Rank: A Description: A high level barrier Ninjutsu technique, Watari expands a barrier with him at the center over a very wide radius. Whatever chakra enters the barrier will immediately cause Watari's senses to stimulate and alert him immediately. It is useful while sleeping or camping as the barrier will wake the user up even if they're asleep. Watari can also make the barrier as small as his own body.
